I’m liking where this website’s going. I wish I had more to say more often, but we’re definitely on the right track. Once our next project is official and underway, I’m sure there’ll be more activity with production updates and whatnot. The next thing that’ll probably get added to the Works pages will be the screenplays. We’re talking about how to format them, and I’m also thinking about whether to use transcripts of the finished products or to post the actual screenplays with lines and sometimes whole scenes we didn’t use. I’m guessing we’ll do transcripts with additional pages for “lost scenes”. Nescaflowné and ReDeath in particular have quite a few written scenes that were left out.

Speaking of the next project, figured it wouldn’t hurt to mention that I’m currently busy on a first draft. I’m still not going to say what it is just yet, as revealing ECCH too early might’ve jinxed it. Just to be safe, we ain’t sayin’ nothin’ ’til we’re ready to cast.

Saw this thread over at Eva Monkey. It could be total BS, but I wouldn’t put it past Gainax to wring a little more money out of their biggest franchise. (Hell, I never imagined there would ever be a sequel to Gunbuster.)

People who ask me if we’d ever do a ReDeath sequel are told “most likely not”, but if Gainax were to actually do some sort of follow-up I think we’d be obliged to at least consider it. Heh, an Eva prequel, Evangelion ReDeath: Episode I - The Phantom Überpimp?

I made Soundtrack pages for all our dubs where you can see what music we used in each one. I also made a Works page which you can see linked in the top bar for easier access to the individual pages for our dubs.

I re-rendered the sokodei header graphic. You’ll notice that the perspectived Studio Sokodei logo is much sharper/more detailed now.

We got a new FAQ up to cover the basics of Sokodei. Some of it you know, some of it you might not. If you got any general questions you want answered (not specifically related to any of our works, we’re doing those FAQs later), let us know in the forum.
